Become a Pages to Treasure partner school.
Families at partner schools get free delivery of their personalised Christmas Advent books to the school office, ready to collect on a set day. There’s no cost to the school, and parents order and pay us directly.
How it works
Four steps, and very little for the office to do.
We agree the dates
Together we set the last day to order, the delivery day and the collection day. Then we add your school as a free delivery option at our checkout.
You share our message
We write a short message for your class WhatsApp groups, newsletter or school app. It can go out for information only.
Parents order directly with us
They answer our questionnaire, upload photos, approve their illustrated characters and pay online through Paystack.
One delivery, easy collection
All your families' books arrive on the agreed day, each sealed and labelled only with the parent’s name and order reference.
Who does what

The school’s part
- Share one message that we write for you.

- Hand each parcel to whoever shows its order reference, and ask them to sign our collection list.
Our part
- Take every order and payment online, through Paystack.
- Answer parents' questions, so the office doesn’t have to.
- Check every book before it’s printed.
- Deliver the sealed parcels with a collection list for the office.
Privacy
We never ask the school for learner or parent details. Parents who choose to order give their details to us directly. The office only receives a collection list with each parent’s name, mobile number and order reference, and nothing about the children.
Getting set up
What we need from your school.
Once your school says yes, we confirm these details by email and add your school to our checkout.
- Your school’s name as parents know it, and its street address.
- An office contact for the delivery and collections.
- The last day parents can order.
- The delivery day, and the first day parents can collect.
- The office’s collection hours, and the last day to collect before the office closes for the holidays.
- Where the courier should go (gate, security or reception), and a safe place in the office for the parcels.
- How parents should hear about it: class WhatsApp groups, newsletter, school app or email.
- Who approved the partnership, and permission to list your school at our checkout.
- Roughly how many families the school has. This is optional, but it helps us plan printing.

Questions schools ask.
Does it cost the school anything?
No. Parents pay for their own books, and delivery to the school is free.
Who handles payments and questions?
We do. Parents order and pay us online through Paystack, a secure payment provider. The school never handles money, orders, refunds or queries.
What if a parent can’t collect?
Anyone with the order reference can collect, such as a partner, grandparent or lift-club parent. The office checks that the reference matches and asks them to sign our collection list.
What information does the office receive?
Only a collection list with each parent’s name, mobile number and order reference, and nothing about the children. Parcels are labelled the same way. We never ask the school for learner or parent details: parents who choose to order give theirs to us directly.
Is the school endorsing Pages to Treasure?
No. The message can go out for information, and it says clearly that orders and payment are handled by Pages to Treasure, not the school.
Will you use our school’s name anywhere else?
We list your school as a delivery option at our checkout. We won’t use your school’s name or logo anywhere else unless you agree.
What about families who don’t order?
Ordering is entirely optional. Nothing is handed out in class: parents collect sealed parcels from the office.
