Who is responsible for your information

ZANETTE AI (PTY) LTD (registration number 2026/678082/07), trading as Pages to Treasure, is responsible for your information. You can contact us at info@pagestotreasure.co.za.

What we collect

• Your first name and surname
• Your email address
• Your mobile number
• A record of your consent: the wording you were shown and its version, which boxes you ticked, when, and the page you signed up on
• If you unsubscribe, when you did, so we don’t contact you again

Why we use it

For two separate purposes, by email or SMS:

• To tell you when Christmas orders open. This is why you signed up.
• To send you occasional news and offers, but only if you ticked the optional box for them.

Our legal basis

Your consent, given separately for each purpose. You can withdraw either or both at any time: the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send stops both, or email us at info@pagestotreasure.co.za to stop one or both.

Who processes it for us

Our website host, Vercel; our database provider, Neon; and our email provider, Resend. These providers may store your information outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

• If you only asked to hear when orders open: until 12 months after launch, when we delete it.
• If you also ticked the box for news and offers: until you unsubscribe.
• When you unsubscribe, we delete your name and mobile number. We keep your email address and the date, so we never contact you again, and a record of what you agreed to and when, to prove your consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time. Email us at info@pagestotreasure.co.za.

You can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
